	Cooper Sterling, VP of Purchasing and Operations Cooper directly purchases the materials that are processed and sold through the lumberyard. He handles all lumberyard operations to ensure that each order is delivered as promised, when promised. 	John Sterling, CEO John took over the business from his father shortly after getting his degree from Michigan State University. He built his client list through word-of-mouth and a reputation for quality and dependability. John is pleased to see that his integrity is being carried on by his four sons. He continues to work at the lumberyard and consults with his sons on the direction of the company.

	James McKenney, Sawmill Manager James is responsible for the ongoing daily operations of Sterling Lumber’s logging crews and multiple sawmills. Being raised in a sawmill and logging family, James has a passion for the industry. This contributes to the excellent quality of the products that our mills produce on a daily basis. He has many years of industry experiences and takes great pride in being part of delivering a timely and quality product to our satisfied customers. James has also completed a Lumber Grading course and attended the Missouri Logging training courses.
